The content sold by Denxia Wallpaper (the "Company") is digital content. Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, our refund terms are as follows.

1. Limitation on Withdrawal

Because the content is reproducible digital content, once an activation key has been issued or a download has begun, withdrawal (refund) is restricted. This is disclosed before payment, and proceeding with payment is deemed consent.

2. When Refunds Are Available

• Before the activation key is issued and download begins
• When the delivered content differs from its description, or is defective (e.g., corrupted or unplayable) — this right cannot be waived by these terms
• When the content was not properly provided due to the Company's fault

3. How to Request a Refund
