1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of and transactions for digital content (live wallpapers, etc.) provided on the website operated by Denxia Wallpaper (the "Company") at denxia.shop (the "Service").

2. Definitions

• "Content" means the live wallpaper videos and related digital files the Company sells or provides.
• "Activation Key" means the unique code the Company issues to download and use the Content.
• "User" means a person who uses the Service under these Terms.

3. Effect and Changes

These Terms take effect when posted within the Service. The Company may amend them within the bounds of applicable law, with prior notice stating the effective date and reason.

4. The Service

The Company sells digital content and, upon payment, delivers an activation key and download means by email. Content may be provided as mobile/desktop video files and via a dedicated app.

5. Payment

Payment is made through methods provided by the Company, such as PayPal and Toss Payments. The displayed currency and amount follow the checkout screen.

6. Scope of Use (License)

A purchase grants the buyer a personal-use license within the scope below. It grants usage rights only and does not transfer copyright.

Allowed

• Use on the buyer's own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, including as a wallpaper or on personal social-media profiles
• Personal adjustments via the app (crop, playback speed, color, etc.). However, distributing or selling the adjusted result is not allowed.

Not allowed

• Redistribution or sharing of the Content or activation keys
• Resale or commercial use
• Distribution or sale of derivative works, including modified versions
• Using the Content as AI / machine-learning training data
• Transferring the license (usage rights) to another person

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the Service and Content belong to the Company. A purchase grants a personal-use right only and does not transfer copyright.

8. Withdrawal and Refunds

Refunds and withdrawal of purchase are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

9. User Obligations

Users must not share activation keys with others or obtain/use Content by improper means.

10. Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure or the user's device/network environment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes follow the procedures set by applicable law.
